By now you should have a general idea on how to create templates and also creating pages based of those templates. Now that you have learned these important steps, the next order of business is to upload your pages to the world wide web.
Step 1: First make sure you have Defined a Site and you are connected to your server.
Step 2: Choose the files you want to upload to the web and then from the top menu choose Site -> Put from the drop down. Your files will then begin to upload to your remote folder.
Step 3: Go to a web browser and type in the URL and test the site out.
NOTE: to upload a site use PUT and to download files from the web swtich to the Remote Folder and use GET to download the files to your local root folder.
If your using a check in/out system you will want to use the Check In and Check Out buttons. Check In is used to upload files to the remote folder and Check Out is used for downloading files to your local folder.
